•Consumer account maintenance & acquisition of new accounts
•Completing the sales process from prospecting to preservation of account
•Leadership, coaching, and training of a team of Account Mangers
•Developing skills to talent scout and recruit while interviewing
•Human Resources, payroll, administration, and client networking
