Delaware North operates Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, helping NASA educate, inspire and inform guests about the country's space program. The guest experience includes tours of Kennedy Space Center, larger-than-life IMAX films, live shows, hands-on activities and Shuttle Launch Experience.
What's more, in June 2013, Delaware North opened the doors to Space Shuttle Atlantis - a $100 million exhibit that not only showcases the retired shuttle as its never been seen before, but also celebrates the rich history of the United States Space Program.
The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex you will be responsible for solving organizational information reporting problems by analyzing trends and operational requirements; develop reports for stakeholders; recommend system controls and processes ensuring compliance to internal and external guidelines. You will act as communication bridge between IT and operational stakeholders, emphasizing financial & operational requirements and reporting.
You will utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, tactful diplomacy, problem solving, and analytics with the ability to engage stakeholders to develop increased understanding and efficiencies.
To succeed in the role candidates will have:
- Bachelors Degree Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Three to five years experience preferred in business or analytical related field.
- Accounting and Financial analytic tool develop and maintenance required.
- System implementation and relational database experience required.
