Capa Cook 3

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has a Capa Cook 3 position. The Cook 3 is our entry level culinary position. The position will work primarily with cold items, and overall preparation organization.  Flexibility in being cross trained in other outlets, as well as work within the hot station (i.e meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.). The candidate must be able to maintain a clean, and organized work station. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and able to work and thrive within a large team is a must. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, show flexibility, and be available when extensive work hours are required.
