Garde Manger Cook 1

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has a Garde Manger Cook 1 position.

The Cook 1 will be responsible for communicating with leaders regarding orders, and provide direction for the remainder of the team. Will assist, when needed, with creating menu recipes, creating specials, and dressing preparation. The position will focus on service, and organization, as well as to taking on additional responsibilities such as a Learning Coach, or lead the line in absence of Chef de Partie and Garde Manger Chef. The ideal candidate must show flexibility in working extensive shifts, ability to work every station within the outlet, and display a high skill level. Must be able to communicate with Front of House management, and service staff.
