Our product demand is rapidly growing and we need additional Team members to assist in continuing to uphold our customer’s expectation of not only a quality product but also premier Customer Service.
We are looking for experienced and personable customer relation representatives to handle phone calls and emails from customers. *ALL candidates MUST have a clean criminal background and the ability to pass a drug test*. The position can be started immediately.
The position is full time, 40 hours a week, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Location: Sanford Florida
Job Duties:
Answering and redirecting phone calls and emails from customers
Placing orders over the phone
Trouble shooting orders and shipping issues
Working effectively in a team oriented environment
Requirements:
