Urban Carry Holsters is one of the fastest growing manufacturers for the concealed carry market in the South East. Our product demand is rapidly growing and we need additional Team members to assist in continuing to uphold our customer’s expectation of not only a quality product but also premier Customer Service.

We are looking for experienced and personable customer relation representatives to handle phone calls and emails from customers. *ALL candidates MUST have a clean criminal background and the ability to pass a drug test*. The position can be started immediately.

The position is full time, 40 hours a week, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Location: Sanford Florida

Job Duties:

Answering and redirecting phone calls and emails from customers

Placing orders over the phone

Trouble shooting orders and shipping issues

Working effectively in a team oriented environment

Requirements:

Proficient at following directions

Team Player

Computer/technology proficiency

High School Diploma

Must pass background/drug screening

Reliable transportation
