SUMMARY: Responsible for liquidating, re-allocating, disposing of all Universal Orlando Resort assets. Also responsible for organizing and executing all Lost and Found Team Member Sales. Track and report all liquidation.


*Partner and coordinate with field team to arrange pick up and disposal of all UO assets. Meeting with vendors and partners to arrange disposal, removal or re-allocation of UO assets.
*Track all incoming and outgoing UO assets to ensure proper disposal, removal and re-allocation. To also make sure we are meeting with not only UO policies and procedures but any and all local and state regulations.
*Coordinate all pick up Lost and Found items from all park Lost and Found Locations. Tag and value all items in preparation for the Lost and Found sale. Send out any valuable items to approved vendors for disposal, sale or auction. Hold quarterly Team Member Lost and Found sales.
*Meet with Leadership to discuss reporting and all liquidation efforts. Prepare reports for Leadership and Asset Recovery team for consistency and verification.
*Meet with the various department leaders to walk the areas for potential asset recovery items.
*Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

SCOPE: COMPLEXITY OF WORK: Generally routine; established precedents; practices and procedures exist; detailed understanding of work unit.

Department Administration, Safety Procedures, Microsoft Office, Data Entry Procedures, Typing, Planning & Scheduling, Filing Records, Reporting

*LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
*REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Consistent attendance is a job requirement.


*High school degree or GED


*1-3 years in Asset Sales or Security Operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Organizational skills, computer skills, ability to effectively communicate in person and over phone required.
