SUMMARY: Responsible for facilitating and coordinating all aspects of media production for the Media Group, and execute both routine and non-routine administrative assignments in support of management


*Responsible for assisting the media producers and/or post- production and editorial departments with the coordination of all media related content for Universal Parks and Resorts.
*Coordinating and scheduling mock-ups and tests for multiple projects as well as acting as the coordinator of projection media for new and developing projects.
*Attend all creative studio/media group meetings, as well as research new media products, applications and systems as they may apply to the Creative Department.
*Initiating and managing various action items or processes in the project management system, Prolog. This includes, but is not limited to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Cost Commitment Requests (CCRs), Notices, Transmittals, Payment Schedules, and Close Out Documentation based on established policies and procedures.
*Providing general administrative support and performing clerical duties for department managers and reps/vendors, such as travel, expense reports, analyzing/compiling/updating and maintaining data, preparing and distributing documents and reports on a daily basis.
*Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

SCOPE: Individual supports production requests from all UO Departments and external production clients. This person must have excellent communication and customer service skills and must work well within a team. The individual may be asked to support the production in many different ways.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

*Microsoft Office, Flexibility, Filing Records, Communicate Clearly with Team, Organization skills
Consistent attendance is a job requirement.


*Associate's degree is required.

*1-3 Years: Preferred with TV, Film or Video Production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Individual may work with external clients including production companies, advertising companies, television clients, etc.
*Will require a valid Florida state driver's license.


While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:

*Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods (including ability to walk at a given pace that is predetermined by a moving sidewalk); talk; hear audible alarms, voice commands with background noise; maintain alertness and attentiveness up to 4 hours while working varying hours; maintain concentration/focus (e.g., ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedure).
*Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) use hands and fingers to grip, pinch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
*Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; reach, pull, push with hands and arms above/below head; repeat motions more than twice per minute; use repetition-using an input device-a keyboard or mouse-in a steady manner; lift/push up to 10 pounds with control; work in varied light conditions including low or diminished lighting; work in an environment with flashing lights including strobe lamps.
*Specific vision requirements for this role may include: close vision with or without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision with or without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus while in changing light conditions e.g., sunshine to indoor or dark conditions).
