Operations - Supervisor - Juice Blending and Distribution - Facility Management

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the juice blending and storage areas and functions including, but not limited to, concentrate blending and bulk packaging, tank farms, barreling, frozen dock, tanker loading/unloading, aseptic filling and storage, inventory control and all juice blending and storage personnel in the facility. Requires strong communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, knowledge of microbiological concerns of food grade product, knowledge of fluid flow, heat transfer/exchangers, conveying equipment, pumps, motors, and blending equipment, knowledge of OSHA, USDA and FDA regulations, knowledge and prior experience with HACCP, HAZMAT, OSHA, GMP, Safety and Food Safety requirements and ability to effectively interface with internal and external resources. Requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing management/supervisory experience in juice storage and flow environments and aseptic process systems. Reports to Manager-Blending and Storage.
