Facilities Coordinator

Seminole State College of Florida is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team of dedicated employees in our Facilities Department. This position is responsible for managing the facilities database required to prepare the Educational Plant Survey, Capital Improvement Plan, space utilization analysis and the space allocation; coordinating the design and delivery for furnishing-related projects; and managing the College signage program. Reports directly to the Director of Facilities and maintains close relationships with other offices and budget managers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate’s degree in Business Management or related discipline from a regionally or nationally accredited institution.  
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities or office environment.
3. Experience working with customers.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience with CAD based interior and Architectural Design Systems.
