The Executive Chef coordinates daily food production for patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers, Oversees and maintains production quality control monitors and takes corrective action whenever necessary, Assists with TM functions including interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, and scheduling, Collaborates with Manager and other food service staff on development of recipes and menus. Required Certification includes Food Safety within 1 year.
