Description

The Manager, Medical Staff Services guides the activities of the Medical Staff Services, Continuing Medical Education, Medical Library and Institutional Review Board departments. Works with hospital management to manage legal and other relationships with medical staff members and to facilitate communication with physicians. Interacts with and supports activities related to physician leadership. Maintains awareness of Hospital and Health System strategies and objectives with regard to hospital/physician activities. Required specific skills also includes recognize and analyze medical staff problems and propose sound effective solutions, as well as wensitive to the needs of the pulic, the medical staff and the hospital.
