This is a part-time hourly role. A Call Center Representative services incoming calls from Cast and Guests, encompassing requests such as Resort inquiries, general theme park information, transfers, wake ups and company assistance.
(These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.) * Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime to support a 24-hour a day, 7 day per week operation * Demonstrated strong telephone etiquette * Demonstrated strong verbal, written and listening communication skills * High school degree or equivalent * Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment * Demonstrated strong keyboard/typing skills * Willingness to learn new software applications * Willingness to work in a structured environment
* Minimum 6 months Walt Disney World experience * Previous Call Center experience * Previous Walt Disney World Resort Front Desk/Guest Services experience
