Description

The Graphic and Web Designer creates high-impact designs intended to engage, attract and sell. Develops or acquires the images used in a variety of creative projects, including advertisements, brochures, catalogs, direct mail, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, websites, promotional displays and signage. Also responsible for the design, layout and formatting of materials. Designs may integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative and other elements. Must have a strong sense of concept development, in addition to communication, research, problem-solving and presentation skills. Design ability and proficiency in Adobe CS-4 software applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks and Dreamweaver is required. Web design skills and experience is required. Required experience includes 4 years Corporate/Agency Design and 2 years Web Design, or 6 years Graphic Design with an Associate's degree, or 10 years Graphic Design with High School or equivalent.
