Description

DME: The Compliance Coordinator plans and organizes quality management activities of the Home Care Division under BayCare Home Care and DME. Responsible for the development and implementation of quality management activities for BCHC and DME, including JCAHO, and all State, Local, and Federal agencies. Managed Care: Ensures delivery of quality cost-effective health care through on going utilization review activities of the Managed Care Office case managers. Provides direction for individual case manager for those patients who have complex medical or catastrophic conditions, which have precipitated the need for extensive care and possible non-traditional medical support. Responsible for the Managed Care Offices compliance with all regulatory agencies including JCAHO, State and Federal Regulations and NCQA Standards. Home Care Office: Responsible for coordinating activities associated with maintaining compliance with Federal, State regulations, JCAHO Standards and Fiscal intermediary.

Qualifications

Certifications and Licensures Required RN (Registered Nurse) License
Education Required Associate's Respiratory Therapy Or Associate's Nursing Preferred Bachelor's Respiratory Therapy Or Bachelor's Nursing Or Bachelor's Related Field
Experience Preferred 1 year Home Care Preferred 2 years Case Management
