This is an entry level position that involves learning entry level recruiting, administration, and human resource techniques followed by all the remaining topics necessary to train & develop you into becoming an account manager and if successful a manager at one of our locations.

In the past, to beat competition, our clients have initiated aggressive sales campaigns including concentrated telemarketing and direct mail programs. And at Marketing Consultants of Orlando we have answered that need through actual in-person contact with our clients existing account holders. Because of our success and recent expansion, we are now hiring for entry level recruiter to help us grow our sales and marketing teams.
Marketing Consultants of Orlando, Inc. is now looking to develop an Entry Level Recruiter and Human Resource to be trained in our clients products and services to handle customer service, sales, communications, promotions, and branding of their products and services position within our company. We train the staff to open new locations for our clients.
Responsibilities include: Trained in all area to develop an office from the ground up
- Recruiting sales and marketing managers
- Completing the recruiting process from reviewing resumes to new hire process
- Leadership, coaching, and training of a team of other recruiters
- Developing skills to talent scout and recruit while interviewing
- Human Resources, payroll, administration, and client networking
- Acquisition of new accounts
- Retention of existing accounts
