Marketing Professional Trainee

Marketing Consultants of Orlando is a dynamic, diverse, and fast­-paced company. We are looking for a self­-starter who is willing to work independently in a dynamic corporate organization under tight deadlines. Strong problem solving and communication skills are needed. Must be able to work effectively in a fast ­paced team environment.

Job Duties:

● Reports to marketing manager and facilitates various marketing activities

● Quickly and efficiently delivers qualified lead information to the Sales department

● Document qualified leads and pass to the Sales team in timely fashion

● Present digital marketing assets (white papers, ads, presentations)

● Support customers by addressing any questions they may have about our Client's products

● Research potential leads; improve accuracy of marketing and sales database and develop knowledge on all new clients. Competencies:

● Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Advanced eye for detail and strong organization skills

● Strong ability to prioritize daily tasks and coordinate with members of different teams, including following-up to ensure completion of projects or tasks

● Familiarity with running marketing reports and/or implementing changes into marketing system or marketing software 

● 2 to 4 years experience in a marketing, lead generation team that supports a sales team. 

● A BA in marketing / communication / business (or similar area)

● Personable, presentable, and articulate

● Sound understanding of marketing principles

● Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas

● Strong administration and organizational skills
