We are looking for a motivated individual with office experience that can work well with others and take direction. This position is part time 20-25 hours per week with the possibility to become a full time 35-40 hours per week position in the future.

 

Essential Duties

 

  • General clerical, typing, data entry and office support duties.
  • Sort, file, scan and maintain filing system.
  • Types forms, memos, and provides copies to appropriate staff members.
  • Enters data and compares for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep track of Storefront supply needs.

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Relevant office experience
