We are a boutique small but prominent Staffing agency that has based 21 years of business of personable relationships with our customers and staff.  We are looking for a bright and bubbly front desk administrative assistant to handle inside staffing coordination.

The successful applicant will need to show initiative and enthusiasm, willingness to assist staff yet they will need to work well under pressure while firmly negotiate Staffing needs in a friendly manner.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

The following are principal duties of the Inside Coordinator  

* Represent Team staffing in a positive and professional manner

• Work with all customer and staff contacts to satisfy client's staffing needs and achieve company goals

• Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions

• Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared

• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner

• Perform any other duties assigned by your manager Inside Sale

* Maintain/update detailed records of staff contact information and performance

• Conduct Contract Administration Requests including adds, deletes, and changes to our Coates system

• Complete and maintain accurate Job orders and Customer information

• Conduct Job Order Follow Up (call customer to ensure their staffing needs were met and book future potential job orders)

• Arrange rate quotations for potential new customers

• Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, research of customer requirements

• Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary

• Perform routine follow up calls to hit Renewal Sales Goals

• All of the duties of the position are completed as per the job description - administration duties are performed accurately and on time.  Exercise the responsibilities and perform the duties of this position. Completing background checks and Identification confirmations, Data input,  

QUALIFICATIONS: • One Year Sales Experience or some level of customer service experience •  Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel,  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member • Working Hours 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm occasional weekend work  * reliable transportation   • Be comfortable with daily accountability for goals, quotas and results • Ability to interact with all levels of Company management as well as Client and staff representatives • Organized, attentive to detail, self-starting, solid follow-through and multi-tasking
• Highly motivated with a desire to be upwardly mobile

COMPENSATION AND MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE: compensate the performance of the Inside Coordinator: • Annual base salary paid weekly • Potential for bonus based on department and company performance
