A Warehouse Distributor located in East Orlando is looking for someone who has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Suite and can multi-task many projects at once to join their very fast paced admin team. Must have Admin experience in a warehouse/manufacturing industry, a "go getter" type attitude, be energetic, and a quick learner.

POSITION: Administrative Assistant

SALARY: $12.50

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM

TERM: Full Time to Hire

OVERALL DUTIES:

  • Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and transfer call
  • Take and deliver messages
  • Greet visitors
  • Monitor visitor access
  • Handle customer’s queries
  • Provide ongoing customer service support
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail
  • Receive and process deliveries
  • Generate reports and other documents
  • Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently requested company information
  • Forward leads to internal and external sales staff
  • Help prepare shipping documents
  • Enter sales orders
  • Pick sample to ship out
