We are seeking a full-time receptionist/office assistant to join our rapidly growing team. This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.This is a full-time hourly position with health insurance, IRA and other benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system and routing them to the correct person.
- Answering general inquires from customers.
- Perform basic marketing functions such as posting products on the Company’s website and onto online product listing services.
- Perform sales support functions such as preparing purchase orders, quotes, invoices, and tracking sales.
- Perform general office and clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, scanning, shipping packages, ordering and picking up supplies, booking flights and hotels, and ordering meals.
Experience and Education:
1 Year or more in a clerical or receptionist position is preferred
Experience with Windows 7 OS, Outlook and Microsoft Office is required
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred
Spanish speaker is also preferred
