Night Auditor / Security Agent

Job Title:           Night Auditor / Security Agent 

Department:       Guest Services

Reports To:        Assistant Guest Services Manager - Night Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Nightly auditing of park tickets, family files, and records
-Nightly security patrols of the Village public buildings, Villas and overall Village property as well as the subsequent reporting of any issues or deficiencies
-Primary point of contact for guests in servicing any of their needs related to their Give Kids The World vacation (emergency support, foundation relations, medical supplies, transportation requirements, etc.)
-Support communication with ALL departments (from Operations to Development) regarding any guest service issues/crises/emergencies, identifying and communicating any and all items needing attention/support
-Daily communication with appropriate operating departments regarding safety and cleanliness (Facilities, Entertainment, etc.)
-Ensure services coverage of guest service areas during 3rd shift 11pm to 7am, 7 days a week
-Support the maintaining of Guest Services equipment, vehicles, tools, and program items at the highest level of quality
-Adhere to standards for quality, efficiency, and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:
-Ability to communicate, understand, speak, read, write English to communicate with Departments/guests/vendor participants.
-Knowledge of PC skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Front Office Property Management System RAVEN
-Decisive & creative problems solving skills.
-Flexibility to meet the needs of various guests, staff, volunteers, participants, etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS BEYOND NORMAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT:
-Ability to work outside for extended periods in varied weather conditions
-Flexible schedule capability to include rotating schedules, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-High school diploma
-At least 2+ years of previous guest services experience (night audit hotel/resort preferable)
