The Opportunity:
We are looking for a super-organized, highly efficient, motivated and multi-faceted Advertising Coordinator to provide support to our sales management and sales team to help exceed client expectations. This individual is a critical and vital link between clients and the publication and essential to the successful execution of our sales and marketing initiatives. Advertising Coordinators will also help educate clients on additional marketing opportunities to our dynamic audience.
What does this job look like?
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management to clients and internal personnel
- Provide support to clients, Account Executives, Publisher and other sales team members to support sales activities
- Produce Sales Reports
- Be proficient in excel
- Serve as expert and Admin for company Customer Relationship Management software
- Assist Publisher and Sales Manager in managing advertising accounts
- Accurately and timely enter/edit/remove ads placed by Account Executives
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Assist sales team in client retention with upselling and cross selling
- Assist sales team with members of production and operations teams to identify and advance any opportunities to improve performance of campaigns and/or generate growth of advertisers

Job Compensation Details:
Advertising Coordinators earn a base salary and commissions.
