We are seeking an administrative assistant / receptionist to join our rapidly growing business. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive support services to the CEO and the rest of the executive management team including managing executives' schedules, booking appointments and trips, answering and directing calls, preparing purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other reports as needed.
- Managing and maintaining the CEO's daily schedule
- Preparing letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Adding inventory into the company's CRM and helping the marketing department
- Assisting with clerical and receptionist duties as needed
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in an administrative position is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with using eBay or other online selling platforms is preferred.
