Branch Manager

Our Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, product sales, lending, customer service, cash control, security, and safety in adherence to compliance regulations and the Bank’s objectives.

Our Branch Manager will develop new deposit and loan business; provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. 

Additionally, our Branch Manager will provide leadership, training and supervision; delegate day to day operations to other branch personnel. Attain established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs. Participate in community affairs to increase the Bank’s visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities. 

Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; and will have four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus.
