SUMMARY: Provides CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) systems support and training for client base consisting of national ministry fund developers across Cru ministries, their leadership, and their support/administrative teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

FOR THIS POSITION:
- Leads CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) system training sessions for fund development personnel.
- Determines information needs of a national, regional or local Fund Development team thru discussion and interviewing.
- Manages CRM system enhancements and ongoing maintenance, including defining business requirements and testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Works with high level technical experts in design development, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
- Supports clients and provides solutions as needed to resolve customer complaints or program errors.
- Responds to needs or suggestions for improvements to CRM systems, driving solutions in the best practices of managing CRM data and processes.
- Develops/troubleshoots data process solutions for mass data imports, changes, or deletes, in order to meet ongoing needs of ministry development teams and maintain data hygiene, working closely with Digital Products & Services (DPS), Donation Services (DSG), and Cru ministries.
- Develops reporting/analytic tools for use by Fund Development staff across the ministry, including reports and metrics for ministry leadership.
- Creates fund development system user manuals, documentation, and training modules.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- High level critical thinking skills
- Understanding of / or ability to learn enterprise level CRM and Reporting systems including but not limited to: Siebel CRM, Goldmine, Oracle Siebel Business Intelligence
- Understanding of database concepts, and use of Access database
- Understanding of programming logic and skills including SQL
- High level of proficiency in using Google Apps and MicroSoft Office products (especially spreadsheets)
- Understanding of / or ability to learn overall interaction between development systems (including data flow)
- Understanding of / or ability to learn Cru organizational structure and current Cru systems

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree (in information systems, data analysis, or related field) plus 3 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
