Compensation Analyst

Seminole State College is currently accepting applications for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team of dedicated HR Professionals at our Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. The Compensation Analyst, is responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of compensation programs to attract and retain qualified faculty and staff for the College.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  2. At least three (3) years’ experience of performing job analysis, job evaluations, salary surveys, and equity review.
  3. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., look-ups, mathematical formulas, pivot tables).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1.  Master’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  2. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
  3. HRIS (PeopleSoft) experience.
