Financial Systems Coordinator

The Orange County Sheriff's Office (Orlando, Florida) invites applicants to apply for the position of Financial Systems Coordinator.

Job Summary:

Assists Fiscal Management; analyzes financial info; prepares budget forecasts, financial reports, funding claims, W-2's, annual reports; and reconciles bank statements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or related field; and four (4) years related experience and/or training; CPA certification, other applicable designation, or advanced education may substitute for up to four (4) years of related experience.
  • U.S. Citizen or possess a current permanent resident card.
  • Clean criminal history; any arrest history will be individually evaluated.
  • No illegal drug usage within the past three years, all other usage will be evaluated on an individual basis.
  • Must have knowledge of financial and tax principles and procedures.
  • Must have strong computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and data base applications.  

Salary Range: $40,476 - $42,972 (based on experience)
