Student Re-enrollment & Retention Specialist

Seminole State College of Florida is currently seeking a Student Re-Enrollment and Retention Specialist to join our diverse team of student focused professionals. This is a direct student contact position reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions. The Student Re-enrollment and Retention Specialist works closely with members of the academic community to develop and implement creative methodologies that foster student engagement and completion to effectively improve the rate of student re-enrollment at Seminole State College of Florida. 

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2. A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a community college or university setting.
3. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Desired Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Knowledge of career and technical education programs.
3. Experience in the enrollment, retention and completion of students in a college or university setting.
