Presently there is an opening for a position in the Customer Service Department in Orlando, Florida. Two years experience in customer service required, food service experience and bilingual candidates preferred (Italian and/or Spanish). The Customer Service Representative position will perform the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting all customers with order entries and any inquiries regarding the company.
- Responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible.
- Performs all order entry tasks for customer orders.
- Solves customer problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists.
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answering heavy incoming call traffic for customer service needs and order entry.
- Computer literate including basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Problem solving skills and proven time management.
- Ability to complete all transactions, including complex and non-routine transactions, without supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Performs other duties as assigned per business need.
The Ideal candidate will possess:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
- Minimum 6 months customer service, order entry, call center and/or related experience required; 1-2 years experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) - REQUIRED
- Foodservice distribution industry experience preferred
- Intermediate to advance computer skills required including MS Office Suite, data entry and Outlook required
