Essential Job Functions: Typical duties include, but are not limited to: managing and ensuring that housekeeping personnel preform duties established by DOS and that services are performed in a timely and organized fashion; lifting and moving lightweight objects and equipment; cleaning and stocking bathrooms with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies; cleaning spills and other hazards using sponges and squeegees; ordering cleaning supplies; make minor repairs to the building, such as changing light bulbs; notifying managers when the building needs major repairs; and observing and monitoring staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school Diploma or local country equivalent; previous experience in a hospital setting and or previous experience working with DoD or DOS is preferred; at least three years in hospital and office maintenance cleaning and maintenance experience required. Position is located in Iraq and contingent upon contract award. Candidate selected will meet all medical, security and pre-deployment requirements prior to deployment.
