Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for the resolution of subrogation recovery claims within their authority with a focus on auto claimsMust be able to evaluate liability, conduct causation and liability analysis, identify all at-fault parties and other sources ofrecovery and place them on notice of claim. Ability to identify missing or lacking investigation and instruct the handling adjuster on what is neededAbility to confirm and document damages, send demands, negotiate settlements and represent the interests of our clients and their insureds.Must possess a general understanding of various state statutes and changes in those laws that pertain specifically to subrogationAbility to craft clear, concise arbitration contentions The ideal candidate will show attention to detail, well organized, great customer service and decision-making skills, as well as possess strong negotiation tactics.
