Garde Manger (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

Garde Manger must be able to perform limited but specific tasks in the culinary field, prep line or otherwise, under supervision of the Garde Manger management team. You must be able to practice safe food handling and sanitation skills, follow recipes for all food outlets and keeping inventory of commonly used items, determining the freshness of the items before use.
Must have at least 1-2 years culinary experience and must be able to work holidays and weekends.
