The CRC Agent will support the daily operation of the Client Relationship Center using already developed strong customer service skills to enhance and assist clients on vacation.
Applicants must be available to work the below schedules:
Hours: This department is open every day.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
The 2 shift/schedules we have available are:
- 12:00pm – 9:00pm
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
Days off will be during the week, mostly together but could be split days off if needed. We work all holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To offer a professional, courteous and friendly telephone manner at all times.
- To effectively deal with any client issues/complaints including follow up and reporting.
- To develop and maximize local product and destination knowledge.
- To have strong communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external suppliers.
- To present a professional image at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Computer literate with intermediate to advanced level of competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and grammar skills.
- Must be Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Front Desk / Reservations Agent at a Hotel experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED.
- Travel wholesale knowledge is very helpful.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED is required and at least (1) one year experience in the travel and tourism industry – hotel experience preferable.
