Job DescriptionOperations Support Specialist - Tampa Office Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, ClearGage, Inc. is a technology company providing payment processing solutions for the healthcare community, including physicians, clinics, ancillarymedical service providers, out-patient facilities, third party medical billing entities, dentists and veterinarians. Our sole purpose is to satisfy the rising need for innovative payment solutions with revenue cycle technology that is efficient, patient friendly, and capable of reducing patient bad debt and days sales outstanding (DSO). Position: Exempt Full-time Travel Description The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the operations team, including Implementations, Customer Support and Finance departments. Responsibilities Prepare, analyze and present reports to Management using ClearGage Payment Accelerator, Salesforce, Excel or other software as sources. Analyze declined/rejected ClearGage client billing and submit cases for follow up by others as needed Provide reporting to manager on weekly activities and issues to be addressed Prepare and present cancellation reporting to management Prepare customized client billing reports for key clients Prepare weekly audit report on client product pricing to verify that pricing is correct Research escalated cases to identify issue resolution Administer patient payment collections process with agency and prepare reporting and documentation for management Facilitate the communication and activities associated with lending fund movement issues between clients and lenders Contacting clients to explain lending recalls and initiating the lending recall process Administer business to business (B2B) accounts and customized processes for client onboarding and invoicing Administer declined/rejected payment processes for B2B partners Process modifications and changes to Merchant Account Configurations with Merchant Processing Partners Process client cancellations within the ClearGage and Merchant Processor systems Contact Clients to resolve rejected ClearGage/Merchant Processor invoice payments Update Client Billing Settings related to Bank Account and Billing Fee entries Setup new clients in Payment Accelerator and review setup configuration report for accuracy Prepare merchant processing applications using online application as needed Desired Skills/Experience 5+ years experience in customer service/account management or accounts receivables positions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven problem solving skills. Proven ability to analyze and interpret information in reports Self-motivation and personal initiative are required for this position Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Appropriately prioritize and complete job responsibilities in a timely manner; Ability to successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment; Proven ability to effectively adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed; Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company; Must be detail oriented and able to ensure that data and system entries are correctly entered Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care; Excellent keyboarding skills; Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with CRM on Demand, SalesForce or an alternative CRM System is preferred AA degree or higher in a related field is preferred Physical Demands Extensive use of computer and keyboard and viewing of computer screen is required; Long periods of sitting required Regular use of VOIP phone system for phone calls Company DescriptionMountain of Talent Recruiting is conducting this search on behalf of Tampa based, ClearGage.
