Dispatcher- Customer Service

Job DescriptionAll Pro Plumbing Services, Inc. is a full service plumbing company servicing the greater Orlando area. We are currently looking for a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. Our ideal candidate has a background in dispatch, scheduling, and customer service; with a minimum 2 years' experience preferably in the plumbing & drain cleaning industry. Details: Full-time position (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday$12 - $16 / hour - Based on previous experienceBenefits: health and dental insurance after 90 days; paid holidays; paid vacationRequired education: High school or equivalent Job Requirements: Customer Service, scheduling, dispatch experience 1-3 years preferredExperience in the plumbing industry, 1-3 years, preferredExcellent communication skillsExcellent computer skills: QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, scheduling softwareAbility to cultivate relationships with new and existing clientsDetail oriented and extremely organizedExcellent knowledge of the Orlando and surrounding areasProfessional demeanor at all times Responsibilities : - Perform dispatch, scheduling, and customer service functions to support service technicians in the field- Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance service appointments- Dispatch service technicians to on-site jobs- Schedule recurring and new jobs on the calendar- Contact customers after service call for feedback on technician performance- Handle incoming customer phone calls- Maintain the dispatch board calendar- Produce regular dispatch and service call reports for analysis- Respond to customer issues / problems in a quick efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service- Ability to interface with employees both in office and service technicians in the field- Invoicing of service calls- Other duties to include: data entry, filing, general custodial duties
