Security Operations and Anti-Threat/Force Protection Planner, Mid

Security Operations and Anti-Threat/Force Protection Planner, MidKey Role: Serve as an Anti -Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) planner and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Conduct AT/FP vulnerability analysis, risk analysis, and assessment of current command AT/FP programs, policies, plans, and operations, document AT/FP vulnerability assessment findings, and develop recommendations to leadership for resolution of issues and shortcomings. Serve as the Commands High Risk Billet (HRB) program coordinator. Coordinate and conduct customs and border clearance agency pre -deployment training for service components. Serve as the command agriculture and customs liaison to the AOR, providing coordination and expertise as a single POC for the USDA and USCIS in the planning and movement of deploying equipment and personnel. Provide validation, coordination, and guidance with regards to force sourcing for Joint MP, security forces, and MWD assets. Facilitate and coordinate Law Enforcement Professional Program (LEP) policies and regulations. Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with anti -terrorism or force protection at military HQs or corporate security management -Experience with DoD customs pre -clearance -Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access -Experience with Anti -Terrorism (AT) or Force Planning (FP) planning, doctrine, and policy -Ability to be a Self-starter and perform duties with minimal guidance -Current Secret clearance -AA or AS degree and 7+ years of experience in force protection or BA or BS degree -Completion of Anti -Terrorism Officer Level 2 Training Additional Qualifications: -Experience with CENTCOM AOR -Experience with DoD high risk personnel program and security details -Experience with mission assurance strategy and operations -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills with senior level individuals -TS/SCI clearance preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
