Position Summary: Located in Tampa, FL, the HR Business Partner (Internal HR) delivers best-in-class HR support and drives field and corporate internal HR initiatives, including Management coaching, employee relations, interview and selection, HR project management and other Sr. Generalist-level responsibilities within the internal Client-Group that it serves. Essential Job Functions: Develop a deep understanding of CoAd's business goals in order to build a strong consultative relationship with client groups. Provide proactive and strategic, analytical guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives in client groups. Provides Regional and Corporate Employee Relations support including performance management documentation and collaboration, leading confidential investigations, and general support of the associate population well-being Provides to assigned Client Groups compliance advisement and support in the areas of ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, and other State and Federal compliance areas. Regularly coaches supervisors and leads on best management practices, particularly as it relates to employee relations issues, conflict management and issue resolution. Proactively examines the business areas he/she supports to drive human capital related solutions. Delivers training to assigned internal Client Groups as needed, including management training, onboarding, compliance and specialized soft skill training sessions. Participates in internal open enrollment through localized support and"all hands on deck"enrollment meetings and planning. Engages with internal Client Group management on organizational design initiatives, including compensation support and succession planning, while ensuring market-to-market consistency and HR best practices. Participates in Talent Acquisition process with the TA Team in candidate interviews and selection, as well as job description reviews and job design. Working with the internal HR team, participates on and drives HR-related projects. Drives positive associate relations through field activities, recognition programs, and support of other corporate initiatives. May participate in acquisition teams during due diligence and integration phases. Travel (up to 30%) throughout the Regional Office locations on a regular basis (Large hubs include Dallas, Denver, NJ/NYC). Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressively increasing HR experience in an exempt-level HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Advisory position Experience leading and managing high visibility projects within an organization Adept at balancing strategic thinking, while able to execute hands-on with client groups Experience in high-growth and fast-paced industry Requires extensive employee relations and coaching experience Requires up-to-date knowledge of federal and state compliance laws Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required Proven experience exercising sound judgement and decision making Requires a resourceful individual, adept at creating innovative solutions in an unstructured environment Exceptional communication and presentation skills Position requires ~30% Travel within the US to our regional locations Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements: BA/BS required PHR, SPHR or other HR certification required
