Job DescriptionThis is a training position perfect for the student or individual seeking to learn inside sales and customer service by way of on the job training. Bi-lingual strongly preferred. Computer proficient in all of Microsoft applications. Able to type minimum 45 words/minute. Part Time position 20 to 25 hours per week stretched over 4 days. In this role, you will be responsible for: Lead follow up and development via "live chat," email and telephone. Distributing marketing emails and maintaining website data. Customer relations. Monitoring third party advertising. Coordinating digital newsletters. Maintaining and updating prospect databases. Creating and managing traffic and source reports. Monitoring competitors.
