Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job DescriptionVisium Resources is currently searching for Licensed 440 Customer Service Representatives to fill the need for new talent within our client base in the Central Florida area. -Seeking strong candidates with insurance knowledge in personal lines (1 year minimum). -Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email. -Strong phone skills, speaks clearly, friendly voice. -Strong computer skills, willing and able to assist with policy changes, rating, processing, follow ups, collecting information, cross sales, quoting, assisting agents and other co-workers when needed. -Have good judgment, the ability to problem solve, multi-task, well organized and be self-motivated. -Must be dependable, professional, have a consistent positive attitude and work as a team player. -90 day probationary contract period with the opportunity for hourly pay increase upon successful review. Full-time, permanent employee status is available as well. Job Requirements: -MUST BE INSURANCE LICENSED WITH AGENCY EXPERIENCE -Must have some working knowledge regarding coverages, rating. -Strong communication skills verbal and written.-High level of proficiency and accuracy with spreadsheets, emails and databases-Ability to relate to customers and carriers in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and follow through.-AbIlity to work within a collaborative and innovative environment -Industry designations or prior underwriting experience are a plus - but not necessary.
