Real Estate Closing Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate closing activities and transactions on behalf of the clients while keeping the other agents and our management informed. Responsibilities: Help Negotiate changes in purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Work with Title company, selling agent, appraisers, attorneys to coordinate the closing Keep all parties informed of closing progress letting know when problems occur and work to correct Educate clients on basic real estate procedures and guide through closing process Coordinate inspections, termite reports, repairs, and concessions Put all transactions into our Top Producer data base and keep updated on all activities in real time Set up the closing date and time, go over HUD with seller, let everyone know what they need to bring to closing Have us receive complements at the closing table on how good you are at your job Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate, or very quick learner with multi-task skills and can work under time demands Familiarity with real estate contracts a big plus, experience really helps but can train organized problem solver Ability to build rapport with clients and agents during closing, great listening skills and pleasant phone voice Strong negotiation skills to take care of small issues that come up on your own Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Proficient with excellent computer skills Ability to work on own yet be on a team of 8 who do a lot of business, support the agents on the closing so they can go out an get new business and feed the pipeline, while giving excellent customer service.
