Because of IEL's growth and development, we have expanded one of our satellite offices to Tampa, FL and are opening our new headquarter building in Cincinnati, OH in 2017. We understand every employee has different work experiences and backgrounds, therefore our training program is flexible and based upon the individual needs of each employee. As a Sales Trainee you will: Participate in an apprentice training program where you will work closely with a Senior Sales Executive to become familiar with the logistics industry, business, and company software. Build and manage your own portfolio of clients by calling on existing or potential prospects via sales calls. Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service. Serve as the direct contact between the client, carrier, shipper and receiver. Facilitate the successful on-time pick-up and delivery of the clients goods. Be readily available to address concerns and provide solutions to customers and carriers for problems that may arise.
