Administrative Business Coordinator

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Pay Rate: $35-40k (Depending on experience)

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Mon-Fri

Length: Temp to Permanent

The ideal candidate for this role must possess a professional administrative mindset along with the ability to learn and eventually be able to manage the marketing goals for the company. Along with the following:

  • Manage the company’s calendar by coordinating the travel arrangements
  • Handle every correspondence, along with arranging online meetings
  • Be able to play a role of a liaison between the organization and partners
  • Arrange company training events including the catering, and reservations
  • Responsible for every social media interaction, marketing newsletters, and maintaining the company's website
  • Start-off every printing project in addition to timelines, placing orders, shipping and receiving, managing quotes and making necessary changes to documents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of  2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree Required
  • Must be detail oriented along with impeccable organizational skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
  • Required to have a flexible schedule to work weekends, evenings and travel when needed
  • Must be experienced with online video conferences, social media, electronic newsletter distribute, and document processing
  • Expertise with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
