We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our NW Orlando location.  The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing our Accounts Receivable in a professional and knowledgeable manner. You will oversee processing of customer payments, bank deposits, cash applications, past-due collections and credit applications, ensuring accuracy and maintaining open communication with customers and others. 

A Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in an accounting or business field, or at least 2 years of experience in an accounting environment is preferred.  Must have demonstrable technological proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience in Great Plains software required.   Must be a team player with excellent administrative, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be detail oriented and able to interact comfortably with coworkers, vendors, customers, etc.  Ability to self-manage resources (time & budget) to achieve objectives.  Must demonstrate strong personal integrity.
