DiPasqua Enterprises is a family owned and operated company based in Maitland, Florida and is one of the largest franchisee groups in the SUBWAY system. Peter & Lucy DiPasqua signed on with the little-known franchise 'SUBWAY' back in 1976, and the company has continued to be a driving force within the franchise ever since. We presently operate 70 plus locations in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Marion counties in Central Florida with sales in excess of 34 million. We maintain some of the highest average unit volumes in the chain and have received national recognition for leadership, innovative store design,and other contributions to the SUBWAY system. Our ongoing success can be credited to the quality of our people, the values of our mission statement, and our philosophy on management. We work with our managers to develop an 'owner attitude', to develop the mindset of the franchisee. We strive for excellence in product quality and customer service. We practice open book management and empower our managers with full responsibility for their profit centers. Their compensation package is based in part on how their restaurant performs, so there is financial reward for high achievers. Our decision making process for promoting our people is performance based, and they can grow at a pace commensurate to their abilities and experience.

DEI has seen steady expansion over the years and will continue that trend well into the new millennium. Our future growth plans will continue with new store development as well as acquisitions. We have plans to expand to other parts of the state to reach our goal of 108 locations by December, 2010.
