OrlandoJobs.com surveyed 277 Central Florida Companies between January 14th and January 30th. Direct phone interviews were conducted with Senior Human Resources Management and Business Owners in companies from a mix of industries. These companies’ combine to employ 86,399 Central Florida based employees. This report will serve to give some insight to who is currently hiring, the type of jobs that are open and the forecast for hiring for 2009. All participants were also asked questions about the recruiting challenges they face in 2009. Job seekers, pay special attention to Page 12. It will give you some great tips on how to find a job in the hidden job market. |
