ADP to Hire More Than 1,600 Employees in Central Florida

Over the next six months, payroll giant ADP will be bringing 500 jobs to their new regional headquarters in Orlando. In the next year, they plan on hiring an additional 1,100 employees, signaling significant growth in the region.

ADP is a Fortune 500 payroll processing and human capital management (HCM) company that was founded in 1949.  Currently, their annual revenue tops 10 billion dollars, and they serve over 500,000 clients in more than 112 countries across the globe.  ADP provides tailored solutions for companies of all sizes, from small businesses to multinational corporations. They offer a full suite of additional human capital support services, including taxes, benefits, retirement, talent and human resources management and compliance assistance. They are industry leaders in service, technology and security.

ADP is reportedly investing $28 million dollars into its newly refitted location in Maitland, and this development is expected to contribute nearly $300 million to the area’s economy over the coming years. Their regional headquarters will be a hub for ADP’s IT, payroll processing, customer service, and finance operations. With incentives supported by local government, ADP plans to offer at least 450 positions at an average annual wage of $49,000.

 

ADP is Hiring for Four Key Roles

Current open positions in the Maitland area include:

  • Implementation Consultants: This key role involves helping clients onboard and integrate ADP products and services into their business processes. In addition to implementation generalists, ADP is looking for specialists in the areas of benefits administration, talent solutions, and payroll.  Employees in these roles provide a vital link between the client and ADP’s sales and customer service departments, helping to tailor seamless implementations for the customer.
  • Technical Application Analysts:  This role is perfect for the database savvy professional who thrives on the challenge of ongoing problem solving.  Experts in software troubleshooting and testing who can collaborate across departments to quickly and creatively resolve issues could be well suited to this position.
  • Client Support Specialists: ADP is looking for customer service “superheroes” who love people.  These positions are fast-paced and demand strong written and verbal communication skills.  In this role, employees will be expected to provide customer support by responding to basic inquiries about ADP products and help resolve issues by leveraging their excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Other: In addition to these positions, ADP has postings for multiple management roles and other technical specialties.
