Performs complex clerical and technical work in the Human Resources, Labor Relations division as well as handling all leaves to include FMLA and ADA. Primary responsibilities include the full cycle processing of all FMLA and ADA leaves, processing and entering various personnel data and contracts, and maintaining related records. Work is performed according to established policies, procedures, contracts, and deadlines. Employee is expected to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and judgment, as well as develop work routines and complete assignments with limited supervision. Work is performed under general supervision and is reviewed upon completion for accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures, and contracts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree with coursework in Business Communication, Human Resources or Employee Relations, and Basic Mathematics. Two (2) years personnel, labor relations, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Direct experience in handling full cycle FMLA and ADA claims preferred.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
