Location: Orlando, FL 32837 (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22 – $25/hr

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Building Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and critical building systems. Must ensure safe, efficient facility operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems
Support Data Center operations
Interpret construction plans
Ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

5+ years' facility/Data Center experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving & customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe
HVAC/Electrical certification, LEED experience, Engineer’s License
Lift up to 30 lbs

Schedule:

Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts; occasional evenings/weekends
