The Orange County Clerk of Courts maintains more than 47 million digital court documents, as well as millions of paper records for the 9th Judicial Circuit Court – numbers that grow each day. As the Information Hub of the Justice System, our my eClerk website provides online access to millions of the court records we manage. 

Customers come to our office to pay traffic and criminal fines, initiate or contest a civil case, pursue probate issues and make child support payments. We help customers file domestic violence injunctions and seek help for a loved one with mental health or substance abuse issues. We accept passport applications and issue marriage licenses -- we even perform wedding ceremonies. 

In addition to a base salary, the following benefits are available to both employees and their dependents:

The Clerk pays a portion of the health insurance premiums. Benefits become effective on the first pay period following completion of 60 days of employment.
