Description

The Facilities Technician, Senior is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and repair of buildings, equipment and systems throughout the assigned facilities. Equipment may include, but is not limited to, boilers, water chillers, pumps, air compressors, emergency generators, pneumatics, air conditioning and refrigeration, plumbing, medical gas systems, nurse call systems, and electrical infrastructure for the provision of utilities necessary for hospital operations. The Facilities Technician, Senior may also be required to install equipment. Must possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and perform general mechanical repairs.
